TECHNOLOGY PROBLEMS?

 
If you need of assistance with  TECHNOLOGY or "My Methodist" you can email the NMC Helpdesk at:  nmchelp@methodistcollege.edu as multiple people will receive this email.  You can also  call the NMC Help Line at 402-354-7008 . It is however preferred that you email. 

NOTE:
The hours of assistance on the phone line are 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. If you need assistance outside of these hours, please send an email as this account is checked periodically throughout the weekend and evenings. If it is not an emergency, you may be helped the following morning.

LOGIN PROBLEMS
If you are unable to login to your College email account or My Methodist , please call 402-354-2280 (Health System I.T. Help Desk) and ask to have your NETWORK password reset. If you call the NMC Help Line with this issue, we will just refer you back to 2280. This is also the number to call if you are unable to log on to a computer at NMC .
