Question:

What food products contain Vitamin D?

Answer:

Although, traditionally most people only think of fortified dairy products containing Vitamin D, it can also be found in fish products, egg yolks, and fortified grains. Even though you ingest these products in your diet, you still have to maintain adequate sun exposure to get fully activated forms of Vitamin D.
