FOUNDATIONS OF SONOGRAPHY

About This Course

In this course, you will be introduced to the profession of sonography and the role of the sonographer. Emphasis will be placed on history of the profession, sonographic terminology, and professional issues relating to registry, accreditation, and the professional organizations.  August 13th -15th will focus mainly on learning the basic functions of the utlrasound machine and it's "knobology".

You might find it helpful to read your posting out loud before you submit it: the "tone" is a very important part of electronic communication. When you read your message out loud does it sound the way you would speak to another student in the classroom?
