Description
This course focuses on the leadership of complex organizations and the skills and qualities leaders need to guide
organizations. Students will delve into principles, concepts and major theories of leadership. Through reflection upon
their own leadership styles and behavioral tendencies, students will apply course content to a variety of situations and
problems.
