Description
This course introduces strategies for transforming organizations. Students will explore concepts including
organizational awareness, relationship building, and issues around accountability in organizational settings. The course
explores how to generate creative ideas using mindsets and practices exhibited by successful innovators. Students will
develop a good working knowledge of various models, frameworks, and theories that explain how organizational
change occurs.
