Description

In this course students begin to understand and appreciate the major themes, sacred text, ritual and symbols, cultural
expressions and historical developments of select world religions. Students will begin to recognize the commonalities
and differences among religious traditions and examine some of the more important religious issues that shape
community and life in the world today.
Credits: 3.0
Prerequisites: Determined bymajor and COM 101
