Consumer Health Informatics (CHI) is a rapidly expanding area of informatics practice and focuses on the consumer use
of electronic information to guide healthcare outcomes. This course will cover the implementation of strategies and
technologies that improve patients, families and the community access to healthcare, CHI applications, health literacy
and trends, opportunities and future challenges.
