Description
This course lays the framework for the advanced public health role with an emphasis on public health policy. This
course explores conceptual models and frameworks to examine complex public health issues, systems, policies and
practices. Students evaluate community issues and integrate clinical health practices emphasizing a health promotion
and prevention approach while addressing health disparities of vulnerable and diverse populations
