Description
This course focuses on the physical principles and instrumentation of computed tomography equipment. Historical
development, physics, radiation dose, daily operations and data acquisition and manipulations will be discussed. Image
post-processing, image archiving and artifact identification and sources will be explained as it relates to computed
tomography.
