Description

This course introduces healthcare administrators to principles and processes of quality management and performance
improvement in healthcare. Effectiveness standards, risk management, best practices, benchmarking, and other
concepts related to quality improvement and quality outcomes will be discussed. Current issues, datasets, evaluation
tools and the roles of quality monitoring agencies will also be studied.
