Description
In this course, students will synthesize teaching and learning principles into the role of a nurse educator. Students
select a nurse educator who will serve as a preceptor within the classroom and clinical environment. Collaborative
opportunities within the practicum setting will be explored. Students will implement teaching-learning theories and
strategies in an educational project. The precepted experience allows for practical application of the Nurse Educator
role.
