Description
In this course, students explore the role of the nurse executive in leading an organization utilizing key attributes of
management. Students will identify the personal and professional responsibility and accountability of a nurse
executive. The role of the nurse executive will be examined from the perspective of transformational, quantum, and
organizational leadership theories.
