Description
In this course, students evaluate how technology facilitates healthcare delivery in population health. Consumer Health
Informatics (CHI) and the use of electronic information to guide healthcare outcomes are investigated. Students
examine the evolution of CHI and its influence on social and technological trends. Students explore the design, use, and
impact of technologies that aim to engage consumers to participate in their healthcare.
