This foundational course provides the theoretical and clinical assessment skills essential for applying clinical judgment
in the advanced nursing practice role. Comprehensive history taking and holistic assessment necessary to differentiate
normal from abnormal and potential diagnoses, including appropriate documentation, will be emphasized.
