Description
The third in a series of four Level I fieldwork experiences immerses students with occupational therapists working with
adults and aging populations. Students apply occupational therapy knowledge and skills from all coursework while
completing 24-40 hours of Level I fieldwork at an assigned partner site such as, but not limited to private practice,
adult day center, assisted living, long term care, home healthcare, rehabilitation, and hospice settings. Assigned
fieldwork placements provide valuable, hands-on experience in real-world settings, reinforcing core clinical and
professional expectations. Course meets asynchronous online.
