When you have completed reviewing Module 5 and feel confident in the knowledge learned in all modules, please do the following:

Click on the "Post Test Assessment" tab.

Complete the post test (pass with a score of 80% or higher).

Click on the "Evaluation" tab.

Complete the entire evaluation and submit.
