NMHS Employees and NMC students can pick up their borrowed text either at Clark building front desk or NMC Alumni Building. You can arrange a book pick up by calling 402-354-7100.
**ALL borrowed texts MUST be returned to the instructor the day of class.

NMHS Employees, NMC Students and external participants have the option to purchase a text for $45 (includes S&H). Purchased books will be mailed to the address provided during registration.

Precourse Self Assessment: Students must complete the precourse self-assessment prior to attending the course. Password: palsprovider
*Please bring a copy of your results to the first day of class.
All participants must have:
 
PALS Initial: A current (not expired) Health Care Provider BLS Card
PALS Renewal: A current (not expired) Health Care Provider BLS Card and a current (not expired) PALS Provider card
*These must be presented at the time of class.
 
The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in BLS, ACLS, and PALS and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course material, do not represent income to the Association.

Parking: During the school year, our parking lots are occasionally full around the main campus. Please take advantage of our lower south parking lot.
 
Book: The American Heart Association requires you bring the required text to class with you. Please return the borrowed text to your instructor immediately following class.
 
Course Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel class due to insufficient registrations. If you have questions regarding class cancellations due to weather, please call 402-354-7222.
 
Participant Cancellations: Should you need to cancel, you must do so at least five business days prior to your scheduled course. No call, no show will be required to pay for a rescheduled course.
 
Licensure: If you are using this course toward your licensure, please keep course agenda/objectives and a copy of your card in your personal file. The college does not award continuing education units for AHA courses.
