Description

This course introduces the student to radiographic positions and procedures related to the thoracic cavity, abdominal
and appendicular skeleton. Radiographic procedures include chest, abdomen, upper extremity, shoulder girdle and
lower extremity. The relationship of anatomy, specific radiographic landmarks, patient care, universal precautions,
radiographic critique/quality and terminology to radiographic practice are discussed.
