This course is an overview of general organic and biochemistry with emphasis on application of health sciences. This course will introduce students to the basic knowledge of the properties of the matter, it reactions and classifications. The course will discuss the main organic compounds and their properties as well as include some basic biochemistry principles. This course is accompanied by laboratory exercises.
