Description

This course will build the basics of the human body beginning with the structure and function of the cell. The course
will highlight brief foundational aspects of chemistry, physics, embryology, and histology as they pertain to the human
body. Learners will explore key anatomical and physiology concepts of the nervous, skeletal, muscular, integumentary
systems, special senses; cardiovascular, respiratory, lymphatic, digestive, renal/urinary, endocrine, and reproductive
systems. Laboratory experience will include a multi-modal approach and will include cadaveric study.
