Problems with NMC Email or need your password reset?

Contact the Methodist Health System IT Service Desk 24-hours a day at 402-354-2280. You are required to know your student number in order to reset your password through I.T. If you do not know this number, you will need to speak to the registrar's office at 402-354-7231.

Dear Nebraska Methodist College Students,

The following, is IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Please take time to read this message.

Please check your NMC email account (methodistcollege.edu) daily. If you are not checking this email account each day, please begin to make it a habit. Using non-methodistcollege.edu email accounts (such as gmail, etc.) may result in you not receiving critical communications.  

All official College communications will come through this account such as:  assignment and grade information, payment reminders and invoices, financial aid information, as well as communications about campus events and reminders.  Students are responsible for information delivered through their methodistcollege.edu email account.

If you are having any difficulty logging into NMC e-mail or need a password reset, contact the Methodist Health System IT Service Desk 24-hours a day at 402.354.2280. You will be required to know your student ID number in order to reset your password. If you do not know this number, you will need to speak to the Registrar’s office at 402-354-7231. Please refer specifically to your "Network" password.

All academic students are provided with a network username and password permitting access to the My Methodist portal, Outlook Web Access (e-mail), and campus computer login.  This excludes students taking Professional Development courses.  
 

Test your Login the week before classes start 
  • Make sure you login to your NMC e-mail and My Methodist the week before classes begin. Logging in during the week (M-F) to verify you're able to sign-in takes only a moment and may save you a lot of stress over the weekend.

  • Problems logging into NMC e-mail or need a Password Reset: Contact the Methodist Health System IT Service Desk 24-hours a day at 402.354.2280. You are REQUIRED to know your student number in order to reset your password through I.T. If you do not know this number, you will need to speak to the registrar’s office at 402-354-7231. Please refer specifically to your "Network" password (if you reference My Methodist, they will not know how to help you). 

Problems with My Methodist? 
  • Need technical help in My Methodist: Contact the NMC HelpDesk at 402.354.7008 (M-F 7:30 am-5:00 pm) or email NMCHelp@methodistcollege.edu  for assistance.  Include your name and a description of your problem (course number if applicable).  
  • After hours or weekends:  E-mail is the best form of communication.  Response will occur within 24 hours.
