Description
This course provides a foundational investigation of personal and organizational leadership with an emphasis on
developing leadership talent. The following topics in leadership are included: an overview of key leadership theories,
differences between management and leadership, followership, implementing change and emerging trends. Students
will learn attributes of successful leaders, including interpersonal skills, attitudes and behaviors, which can facilitate
effective leadership within organizations.
