Description

Students will build upon the foundational knowledge and skills acquired in Practical Nursing I, focusing on advanced
concepts and practices in nursing care. This course prepares students to confidently address a broader range of
medical-surgical conditions and healthcare scenarios. Through theoretical study and practical application, students will
deepen their understanding of nursing processes, enhancing their clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to
manage health issues effectively in diverse healthcare settings.
Credits: 9.0 (5 theory, 4 clinical = 180 clinical hours)
Prerequisites: LPN 201, LPN 202, LPN 203
Corequisites: LPN 302, LPN 303
