Students will assess the impact of leadership decisions on patient care, staff-well-being, and organizational outcomes.
Emphasis is placed on enhancing critical thinking, fostering innovation, and leading change in healthcare settings.
Principles of leadership, team dynamics, and resource management will be examined. Students will explore personal
leadership strengths and areas for professional growth in their nursing practice.
