Description
In this course, students apply nursing theory and statistical methods to broaden understanding of nursing concepts and
outcomes. Measurement principles, descriptive statistics and relationships between variables are explored to better
comprehend nursing phenomena. Students apply content on variable associations and risk assessment. Reports using
statistics to compare groups and measure healthcare outcomes over time are analyzed for implications for individuals,
groups, and communities.
