Description
This course provides a foundation for in-depth analysis of clinical pharmacology. The pharmacotherapeutic effects and
clinical uses of specific drug groups related to the care and management of patients in primary and acute care settings
will be examined. Pharmacological principles, mechanisms of action, associated drug interactions, and patient
education aspects of drug therapy are discussed as a basis for clinical judgments in primary and acute care.
