Description
Occupational performance related to congenital, developmental, and acquired disability within the children and youth population will be analyzed within this course. Learners will continue to develop their ability to critically reason through selection and delivery of related assessment and intervention skills appropriate for the population and practice setting. Practice settings include school systems, health care agencies, private practice and community based services. An analysis of the influence of participation, rehabilitation and disability concerns with attention to culture, diversity, social, political and economic considerations in service provision are included.
