Description
This course covers a variety of topics relevant to the practice of physical therapy. These topics include cardiopulmonary
responses to exercise, aquatic therapy, ergonomic assessment, industrial rehabilitation, wellness, core strengthening,
advanced stretching and strengthening techniques, gait analysis, goal setting, balance training, joint mobilization and
soft tissue injury, repair and remodeling.
Credits: 3.0
Prerequisites: Satisfactory completion of all technical and clinical coursework to this point in the curriculum
