Description
This course will provide the framework for the respiratory case management role in the healthcare setting. The student
will learn how to facilitate in collaboration with a healthcare team all aspects of a patient’s healthcare needs to include
education on pulmonary disease, clinical assessment, planning, coordinating specialized care and resources for
independent living.
