Week 3 Content

This week explores the Integumentary System, Head & Neck/Eyes & Ears, the Musculoskeletal System, and the Neurological System. Through readings, disucssion participation, and assignments, you will be able to meet the following objectives:
 
Objectives:
  • Identify pertinent history questions for head, eyes, ears, neck, and throat.
  • Review the structures & functions of the musculoskeletal, integumentary, and nervous system.
  • Identify pertinent history questions and physical findings when assessing the musculoskeletal, integumentary, and nervous systems.
  • Perform an assessment of the systems reviewed this week, differentiating normal from abnormal and correctly documenting findings with actual/potential health problems outlined.

Week 3 Assignments

Assignment 3.1: Post to the Week 3 Discussion. Your initial post is due by Thursday of this week, and 2 substative responses to any question is due by Saturday of this week.
 
Assignment 3.2: (Optional, Ungraded)  A  Final Comprehensive Exam Worksheet is included in this week so you may begin working on the Final Exam. You will complete the Final Exam online during Week 5. You will have only one opportunity to access and complete the exam. It is highly recommended that you complete the exam on the worksheet first.
